WARRANTY
Covers adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking, delamination, discoloration within warranty period under proper care, maintenace & use.
If determined to be covered under warranty, film replacement (same or similiar model) will be provided. Replacement value not to exceed originally invoiced amount. Not liable for other costs (direct or incidental) that may be incurred from such defects.

BEFORE INSTALLATION
- Site to be clean and free of dust (ie. after reno. & cleaning)
- Film installation before any obstruction or fixed grilles installation
- Basic cleaning of glass will provided during installation (customer is advised to do
own pior window cleaning) - Liquid solutions will be used, site might be wet
- Remove any obstructive objects or objects that cannot get wet
INSPECTION STANDARDS
- Stand 2 meters from glass
- Any dirt particles within 50mm around the sides of glass are not considered defective
- Gaps of 1-4mm at the edge are expected
- Up to 30 days for curing period
(Above stated inspection standards are standards used internationally)
CARE AFTER INSTALLATION
- Do not clean in first week
- Never use abrasive or harsh chemicals for glass cleaning
- Do not paste or install any items onto the glass with film
